The falling leaves of autumn

Yes, it is that time of the year again and sitting on my doorstep, well, on the front lawn actually, was a lovely atmospheric picture of autumn., I had the golden leaves and all I needed was the golden sun. Then one night it was there!

Pictures taken with a Fuji X100 and a Leica M 240. ┬áIt seems funny to need the sun for its golden light then do black and whites. I actually prefer the black and whites, though they don’t have the detail of the originals when reduced for the web.
