Wimbledon 1992, Andre Agassi match point!

Still on the subject of tennis, with sports photographers warming up their shutter fingers for the winning points in the Australian Open. I thought a selection from Andre Agassi’s match point at Wimbledon in 1992 shows what it is all about. The pressure is on. What is the winner going to do? Leap in the air! Drop and lie on the grass! Go into the crowd and climb up to the players box where their friends and coach are (like Pat Cash)!  Run around the court with raised arms! It is a case of wait and see.

This is not the full sequence there were another 5 pictures that could have gone in, but it shows that you must stay with the action to show the full story.  Ok, new film in the camera, finger on the button, here we go . . .
